The First One

If you were to ask me 5 years ago if I was planning on being a wedding photographer, my answer would be a definite “Who, me?”. It was something I always dreamed about but never started pursuing until just a couple years ago. I can still remember when I shot my very first wedding. 

I’ve known Kailey and Cody since college, and let me tell you, they are one awesome couple! It pretty much took me a whole five minutes to realize they were perfect for each other. As the very first AMP bride, Kailey of course was simply captivating. As I watched her mother place her veil on her head, I noticed the special and loving bond they hold for each other. It was one of those moments that you can replay over and over again in your head, but something that could never be recreated. 

It was a first I’ll never forget.
